Told me that my item was out of stock, even though you could still order it on your website. Then constant emails saying I wasn’t too late to buy it and they had saved it to my shopping basket. Shocking

Good experience purchasing on the website. The earrings are beautiful and as described. Would be good to have a model view picture to give a better idea of the product. Slightly slow dispatch, but overall happy with the delivery and product.

A very nice 007 Omega Seamaster nicely sold to me by the excellent Sarah!

Rip off wanting me to pay for a repair when bracelet is within extended warranty due to Covid. Then to have the cost of repair more than cost paid for bracelet.

A warm and friendly service. Most helpful in choosing the item I bought.

Love the wrist watch. Delivery company used was not efficient. The product arrived days after set day given. I had to call the company couple of times to chase up.

before purchasing watch I was told I could just adjuste length accordingly from the but soon found out after purchase only few store can do adjustment which are further away.! very disapointing so wished I've known before.

Shocking customer service and misleading company, let me start by saying Earnest Jones is owned by parent company Signet. I purchased a Tag Heuer watch in 2013 and had no issues with my watch until serviced by Earnest Jones, I was told the watch would be serviced by Tag Heuer and expected it to be returned working with no issues for a few years until another service was needed. This is where the problems started, my watch was serviced and returned after a month and a half but then stopped working after approximately 6 months. It was fixed and returned to me and worked for 4 months approximately when I noticed the dial had totally moved to my shock. Again I returned the watch and expected the issue to to fixed, to my shock I had a call from Earnest Jones to say it was caused by myself by force and they wanted me to pay. I was very disappointed to be accused of deliberately damaging my own watch for which I believe was faulty after been sent back from the repair following the service. I have now been without my watch for approximately 9 months due to no fault of my own and I am still in discussions with parent company Signet who have now offered to send my watch to Tag Heuer for a second opinion which is where I thought my watch was going in the first place. My main point of this review is to make people aware their watches etc are not serviced by the brand and are sent to a Signet workshop where repairs and services are questionable, very misleading I would advise customers to mindful when having work carried out by Earnest Jones. Hope no one else has received the same kind of customer service and I will be sending my watch directly to Tag Heuer for any future work if this matter is ever resolved.

I ordered earings on line and the website allowed me to and then told the earings were out of stock and was going to get a refund. Still no earings and no refund. Terrible

The official Tissot website doesn't sell bracelets - they divert you to Ernest Jones if you want to buy one as they're official Tissot supplier. Just had a chat with Ernest Jones rep. to be told to make an enquiry with Tissot to buy a bracelet.I wanted to buy a specific bracelet for a specific watch that comes with this bracelet even so , Ernest Jones told me to contact Tissot - seriously? You don't do your job ,probably working from home ,distracted by something. Do your job properly.
