Shocking customer service and…

Shocking customer service and misleading company, let me start by saying Earnest Jones is owned by parent company Signet. I purchased a Tag Heuer watch in 2013 and had no issues with my watch until serviced by Earnest Jones, I was told the watch would be serviced by Tag Heuer and expected it to be returned working with no issues for a few years until another service was needed. This is where the problems started, my watch was serviced and returned after a month and a half but then stopped working after approximately 6 months. It was fixed and returned to me and worked for 4 months approximately when I noticed the dial had totally moved to my shock. Again I returned the watch and expected the issue to to fixed, to my shock I had a call from Earnest Jones to say it was caused by myself by force and they wanted me to pay. I was very disappointed to be accused of deliberately damaging my own watch for which I believe was faulty after been sent back from the repair following the service. I have now been without my watch for approximately 9 months due to no fault of my own and I am still in discussions with parent company Signet who have now offered to send my watch to Tag Heuer for a second opinion which is where I thought my watch was going in the first place. My main point of this review is to make people aware their watches etc are not serviced by the brand and are sent to a Signet workshop where repairs and services are questionable, very misleading I would advise customers to mindful when having work carried out by Earnest Jones. Hope no one else has received the same kind of customer service and I will be sending my watch directly to Tag Heuer for any future work if this matter is ever resolved.
